Rodrigo Tsuruta

President / Founder of TMAC

Rodrigo founded TMAC Technologies with one goal in mind: To build long term business relationships by providing responsive customer support and innovative design solutions to our clients.  Rodrigo has a Bachelors of Science in Mechanical Engineering and specializes in developing customized mechanical design solutions for our clients.

Rodrigo manages the TMAC Dallas office overseeing execution of projects and developing new business opportunities.

Conor Grass

VP Operations / Senior Process Engineer

Conor has a Bachelors of Science in Mechanical engineering from the University of Texas at Austin and specializes in process engineering, process simulation and optimization. Conor manages the TMAC Memphis office focusing on project development for a variety of industrial facilities. Areas of particular expertise include both ferrous and non-ferrous process evaluation and air pollution control system evaluation and design, and Computational Fluid Dynamic (CFD) modeling. 

Ken Caldwell, P.E.

VP Business Development / Senior Structural Engineer

Ken has a Bachelors of Science in Civil Engineering and Masters of Science in Structural Engineering. Ken has over 30 years of experience working in various heavy industry settings. Ken is TMAC’s lead Structural Engineer and also focuses on maintaining development of new client relationships.

Gary McGregor

VP Technology

Gary has a bachelors in mechanical engineering and is currently finishing his Ph.D. in thermal fluid systems engineering at the University of Texas at Austin. Gary has 18 years experience working in a wide array of industries including medical, automotive, aerospace, oil and gas, power plants, and metals and mining. Gary’s diverse experience ranges from working as a welder and construction site manager to research and development. His specializations gravitate around machine design\simulation, thermal fluid systems, manufacturing, construction, and project management. Gary is responsible for internal and external R&D, technology, and product development for TMAC and its clients.
